Your missionOdds Scanner is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our growing team!If you're looking for an opportunity to grow in a dynamic and cross-cultural environment, where you will be involved in developing new markets and partnerships, this is the right place for you. We’re looking for someone who can help us bridge untapped potential with the right affiliate strategies and relationships.In this role, you will be the key point of contact between English-speaking affiliates and the Latin American market, helping to remove cultural, linguistic and technical barriers to success. You’ll have the opportunity to test new affiliate strategies, explore emerging opportunities, and work closely with teams across Sales Operations, Finance, Tech, Design, Compliance, and more.We’re looking for someone who is resourceful, willing to learn, and excited to experiment and iterate toward scalable results. You’ll be expected to contribute to both short-term wins and long-term affiliate network growth.Responsibilities

• Manage English Speaking Affiliate Network (particularly on Nordic countries), maintain existing relationships and create new ones
• Attend conferences, events and engage with potential affiliates as per company's needs
• Analyze affiliates' performance
• Support during the onboarding and setup of their accounts
• Work closely with teams across Sales Operations, Finance, Tech, Design, Compliance, and more

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing or account management
• Experience managing partnerships or performance-based marketing channels
• An active portfolio of affiliates (particularly English-speaking) ready to be onboarded and introduced to new markets
• Understanding of the iGaming/sports betting industry and affiliate ecosystems (strong plus)
• Professional proficiency in English, another language (particularly Swedish) is a strong plus;
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and workflows
